Why Pocket Money
What makes us different
-
Effortless yield
11–14% paid monthly. Effortless.
SK savings 2–4%. EU govt bonds 3–4%. IG corporate 4–6%. Pocket Money 11.0% R6, up to 14.0% R7. Lean senior team and marketing routed to subscribers, not brokers, makes the math work. Every 25th, into the IBAN you nominate.
-
Hassle-free exit
Exit anytime for €20 flat fee.
Most retail bonds lock capital for the term or charge penalties. Pocket Money holds an operational cash reserve — smaller exits clear in ~30 days for €20, often 48 h. Five-year horizon is the contract; the reserve is the practice.
-
Real investments
Tangible assets you can understand.
Around 22 small-to-medium companies in manufacturing, energy, real estate, land, IT, and logistics. No crypto, speculative ventures, fossil-heavy industries, defense, or adult.
-
We develop the winners
We develop the winners.
Most retail bonds give you exposure to a borrower's existing business. GTF acquires undervalued companies and actively works them — cost, tax, supply chains, management, consolidation. The 11% comes from operational improvement, not a market bet.
-
Rigorous risk management
Rigorous risk management.
Medium-risk per T&C §11. Not a bank deposit; no deposit insurance. Protection: ISO 31000, Certified Project Risk Manager on controls, EUR 4M operational insurance, PFCEU operating since 2006. Single bankruptcy costs ~1pp of yield.
-
Be part of something bigger
€150M+ pipeline of deals.
€150M+ of live deal flow in PFCEU's pipeline. Eight rounds since 2022, ~6-month cadence; R6 active, R7 opens 25 May 2026. You're inside an active ecosystem; the monthly yield, reinvested, compounds toward financial independence.

The way in is Pocket Money.
Be part of something that has weight: real assets, specialist work, a monthly coupon in your IBAN. An investment that improves what it goes into.
Send me the documentation →Risk Management
Risk, named and managed.
Pocket Money is an unsecured corporate bond issued by GTF GROUP. Not a bank deposit, no deposit insurance. Repayment depends on the issuer's ability to meet obligations — we don't soften that. What we do: name each risk listed in T&C §11 and show what structurally works against it.
-
01 Issuer credit risk T&C §11 What can go wrong
The bond is unsecured corporate debt of GTF GROUP. No specific collateral, no state guarantee, no deposit-protection fund.
How it's contained
Entire-property liability — issuer liable with all its assets, every company / property / instrument acquired (T&C §4.10). Insider subordination — founder, shareholder, related-party claims rank below public bondholders in insolvency (T&C §4.12 + §9 Bankruptcy Act 7/2005 Coll.). Owners absorb losses first.
-
02 Cash-flow risk T&C §11 What can go wrong
Monthly coupons depend on the operating performance of the underlying portfolio — ~22 companies across manufacturing, energy, real estate, IT and logistics.
How it's contained
Dual-axis diversification — single portfolio-company bankruptcy reduces overall yield by ~1pp, not principal. Operational cash reserve ~EUR 100K. Performance-based management compensation flows only after bondholder obligations are fully covered.
-
03 Early-exit risk T&C §11 What can go wrong
Exit is an operational practice, not a contractual demand-deposit right. Timeline can extend beyond 30 days under stress.
How it's contained
Under EUR 50K — paid from cash reserve, target 30 days, ~48 hrs for clean cases. Over EUR 50K — EGM, payment within 30 days of approval. Put-option (T&C §15.4) — contractual right on adverse events: control change, bankruptcy, liquidation, merger, business cessation.
-
04 Inflation risk T&C §11.1.6 What can go wrong
The coupon is nominal-fixed. Real return depends on actual inflation over the 5-year term.
How it's contained
11–14% nominal vs typical inflation 2–4% — material real-rate buffer. Real-economy portfolio (manufacturing / energy / real estate / land) is naturally inflation-correlated on the asset side.
-
05 Concentration risk T&C §11 What can go wrong
Single-issuer product. No diversification across issuers within Pocket Money itself.
How it's contained
Named upfront, not engineered away. Medium-risk classification (T&C §11) carrying every item in this inventory. Holder-side sizing: a portion of a diversified portfolio, not the whole.
-
06 Tax risk T&C §11 What can go wrong
Tax regimes — SK WHT, residence-country tax, double-taxation-treaty mechanics — can change during the bond's 5-year life.
How it's contained
Per-residence tax tracking built into the calculator (SK / CZ / PL / UK / AT). SK 19% WHT for residents withheld at source; non-residents 0% SK WHT since April 2023 ITA reform, declared locally.
-
07 Key-person concentration T&C §11 What can go wrong
Operational continuity depends materially on Ing. Radovan Lucina and the senior team. Honest concession: company continuity in current form is uncertain on incapacitation.
How it's contained
Two-question split. Company continuity ≠ bondholder repayment. Bondholder path on adverse event: orderly wind-down, capital + accrued interest paid earlier than maturity. Stack: wind-down processes, put-option, insider subordination, EUR 4M insurance.
